The shooting of Season 2 is delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic. It was delayed many times. The shooting was set to start in April 2020, but because of the pandemic, the date was delayed to 2nd March 2021.
The shooting of Made in Heaven Season 2 is about to complete. So, we expect that Made in Heaven Season 2 will soon be released.
