Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter. Aaradhya Bachchan, has reportedly filed a lawsuit in the High Court for misrepresentation of her health.
Aaradhya Bachchan is the grandson of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. A single judge of the Delhi High Court will hear the matter on Thursday.
11-year-old Aaradhya Bachchan reportedly sought injunctive relief against spreading fake news about herself as a minor. She was recently spot with actress and mother Aishwarya Rai. The grand opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center in Mumbai.

According to a report from Zoom, the petition from Aaradhya asked 10 organizations to “remove and delete all of her videos”. Google LLC and the Department of Electronics and Information Technologies (Complaint Cell) also joined the lawsuit. The petition, submitted by law firm
Anand and Naik, stated that “the defendant’s intent was simply to tarnish the Bachchan family, regardless of the damage done to the plaintiff and his family.”
